1) Toast some thick sourdough on one side
2) Apply Wham Bam generously to the other (untoasted) side
3) Beat an egg and mix in an offensivley large amount of cheese
4) Spread it on top of the chilli jam
5) Take a big bunch of dill, cut it up then throw it in the bin because dill is horrible.
6) Put your eggy cheese chilli bread back under the grill til cooked
