Corny AF. We love this relish so much we named it after one of our kids! This sweet, sweet corn is perfect for big jucy burgers, BBQ's and with salad. Or straight from the jar.

So much sweetcorn - sweet and crunchy - go on!


Quick recipe:
1) Beat 2 eggs with 2/3rds cup of plain flour
2) Throw in a gratted zucchini (thats a courgette) and mix. 
3) Mix in a good dollop of Big Eddies Sweetcorn Relish
4) Add a spoonful of mixture to a hot frying pan with oil and fry til crispy.
5) Season, add parsely, do whatever.
