Full-on-flavour. The last word in BBQ sauce. Stick it on bangers, burgers, chips, hotdogs, ribs and toasties. Bathe in it.
1) Fry off onions, peppers and chicken pieces (vegan ones are good too)
2) When chicken is cooked pour a load of Seconds Out into the pan so it bubbles like mad (sing the Rocky theme tune as you do this)
3) Turn off the heat and stir thru a good slug of double cream. Plant-based cream works just as well.
4) Serve with rice (posh it up with some fresh parsely)
