And Jimmy & James know what they're talking about. 30 years ago James' aunt set up a chutney business in the Cotswolds - its mega successful now with over 100 awards (and making stuff for some rather proper people) and Jimmy and James have taken all that experience and everything you ever knew about pickles, sauces and condiments and turned it on its head. Then put the boot in.
